Job Description
3D Mechanical LLC is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer / AC Installer for residential and light commercial projects in Palm Beach and Broward County . We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience installing complete HVAC systems, including air handlers, condensers, heat pumps and mini-splits . Responsibilities Install air handlers, condensers, heat pumps and mini-split systems Install refrigerant piping / copper linesets Braze copper piping Pressure test with nitrogen Pull vacuum and prepare systems for startup Install condensate drains and traps Install thermostats and basic control wiring Install equipment pads, supports and tie-downs Make basic ductwork connections and modifications Follow manufacturer instructions and HVAC drawings Requirements Previous HVAC installation experience required Experience installing complete split systems Comfortable with brazing, nitrogen testing and vacuum procedures Ability to use standard HVAC tools and gauges Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable, punctual and professional Preferred EPA 608 certification Experience with R-410A, R-32 and R-454B Experience with Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Goodman or similar systems Mini-split installation experience Ability to read mechanical drawings OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 We Offer $25-$38/hour depending on experience Overtime opportunities Tools provided Long-term employment opportunity Residential, high-end residential and commercial projects Work directly with a
