As a Residential HVAC Field Diagnostics Specialist with Rack Air (a division of Rack), you bring homes and small businesses back to comfort with sharp troubleshooting, clean workmanship, and clear communication. A day in your boots Head to residential and light commercial calls to diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. Optimize performance by cleaning and adjusting air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensate drains. Execute installations and upgrades with exacting attention to safety and quality. Translate technical findings into friendly, plain language and present recommendations. Document all work thoroughly; keep your truck and workspace spotless and organized. Respond to urgent needs as they arise and rotate through on-call coverage. Tackle additional assignments as needed. What you bring 2-5+ years of HVAC experience with strong residential service exposure. EPA Certification (required). Valid Driver's License with at least two years of driving experience (required).
