• Diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems accurately.
• Perform repairs correctly the first time.
• Explain findings to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance to a high standard—not just "clean and go."
• Document work thoroughly using Housecall Pro.
• Take ownership of every job from arrival to completion.
• Occasionally assist with installations or system commissioning when needed.
• Help maintain the high standards that Cooling Tech Solutions has become known for. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong electrical and refrigeration diagnostic skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently without constant phone support.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Comfortable using digital gauges and modern diagnostic tools.
• Honest, customer-first approach with no pressure selling. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who does the right thing even when no one is watching.
