Duties What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in HVAC sales Strong communication and closing skills Ability to evaluate systems and recommend solutions Valid driver's license & clean driving record Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role within HVAC, refrigeration, or property maintenance fields Familiarity with field service operations and property maintenance practices Valid driver's license (PERSON driver preferred) with a clean driving record Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues Construction experience is a plus; mechanic experience is highly desirable Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong communication abilities
