$25.00-$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving technical challenges, and wants to be part of a company that values professionalism, integrity, and teamwork. What You'll Do Install residential and commercial HVAC systems Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating equipment Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues Install and modify ductwork and ventilation systems Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical specifications Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigeration systems Ensure all work complies with local codes and manufacturer specifications Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended repairs Complete service reports and job documentation accurately Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed Qualifications Minimum 7 years of HVAC experience in residential and commercial service Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with equipment installation, repairs, maintenance, and ductwork EPA Certification (Required) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills English required Preferred Qualifications Experience with high-efficiency systems, inverter equipment, and heat pumps NATE Certification (Preferred but not required) Experience using digital service software or mobile field applications What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for career advancement Supportive, family-oriented work environment Year-round, full-time employment Company that values quality workmanship over rushed jobs
