This is a piece pay position. To be successful in this role, attention to detail and passion for your quality of work should be among your top priorities. Rough Mechanics will be responsible for the installation of Flex/Ductwork as well as the fabrication and installation of Duct board trunks and mixing boxes.

Position requires the following:

• Valid driver's license and clean background check/Drug Test.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Have access to or ability to purchase your own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to Read Blueprints
• Experience with Flex/Duct board installation (Preferred)
• Experience with Zoned systems. (Preferred) This position includes: Competitive compensation
