HVAC Mechanic Miami, FL | $25 | $28/hour We're hiring HVAC Technicians to support residential and commercial HVAC service throughout South Florida. This is a hands-on field position involving HVAC service, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. Most technicians are provided with a company van.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Diagnose and repair HVAC electrical and mechanical issues Install, maintain, and service HVAC systems Perform AC installations and system replacements Handle and recover refrigerants Service heating systems and heat pumps Install and program thermostats and smart HVAC systems Perform brazing, soldering, and ductwork as needed Troubleshoot airflow and system performance Use HVAC diagnostic tools Complete service documentation and communicate with the team Follow building codes and safety requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of HVAC technician experience preferred Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with HVAC installation and repair Ability to read basic blueprints or system layouts EPA Certification preferred Valid driver's license required Strong communication and problem-solving skills MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
