We are seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installer with 5+ years of installation experience who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. What You'll Do Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, package units, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and mini-splits. Remove and replace HVAC equipment safely and efficiently. Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, drain lines, electrical disconnects, thermostats, and ventilation components. Perform startup, charging, testing, and commissioning. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes. Troubleshoot installation issues and communicate professionally with homeowners. Complete job documentation accurately and maintain a clean, safe work area

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience. EPA Universal Certification (preferred). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to independently install complete HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoors.
