This is an opportunity to join early, have a real voice in how we operate, and grow into a leadership role as the company expands. What You'll Do Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems Communicate clearly with customers and explain repair options Help with new installs when needed Document jobs and help improve our service processes Support installations and other field work when needed What We're Looking For Strong HVAC service and diagnostic experience Residential and commercial experience Reliable, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers Valid driver's license and clean driving record EPA certification Someone who takes initiative, is accountable, and wants to help build a great company Why Bishop Brothers?
