Maintenance Technician Pay Range:

$28.00 to $40.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance incentives, bonuses, and SPIFF opportunities Unlimited commission and bonus opportunities

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventive maintenance inspections and system tune-ups. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Evaluate equipment performance and identify repair solutions. Educate customers on repair options, system upgrades, and replacement opportunities. Clearly document service findings, recommendations, and completed work for customers and management. Prepare accurate invoices and service records. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional customer service on every call.

What We Are Looking For:

Minimum of three years of residential and/or light commercial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification required NATE certification preferred; training assistance provided Understanding of air balancing methods and system performance optimization Graduate of an accredited HVAC trade or technical school Spanish-speaking ability is a plus Experience servicing Trane equipment is beneficial Valid driver's license and insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent
