Job Description
Comfortside LLC is one of the fastest-growing HVAC distributors in the United States, representing leading brands including Cooper&Hunter, OLMO, Bravo, and Armbridge . We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Qualified applicants must have strong technical knowledge of all-inverter HVAC systems , including ductless and ducted equipment , excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to being a valuable member of our Technical Support team. The ideal candidate has hands-on HVAC experience, enjoys diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Provide technical support to HVAC contractors via phone, email, and online. Troubleshoot HVAC equipment installation, startup, and performance issues. Assist with product selection, wiring, controls, and error code diagnostics. Answer technical questions and recommend appropriate solutions. Document support cases and escalate complex issues when needed.
