We are looking for a dependable and hardworking HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic to assist our installation crews on commercial HVAC projects. Key Responsibilities:

Assist sheet metal installers in transporting and staging ductwork and materials Use hand and power tools to support duct installation and insulation work Cut, measure, and prep materials as directed Clean and organize the jobsite throughout the day and at end of shift Support proper loading and unloading of equipment and supplies Follow directions from lead installers and foremen Learn and follow OSHA and company safety protocols Wear appropriate PPE at all times and help maintain a safe work environment Show up on time and be ready to work each day Help with basic recordkeeping of hours and materials when needed

Requirements:

12+ months of construction, mechanical, or HVAC experience preferred (not required) Willingness to work in physically demanding environments (climbing, lifting, heat) Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Good attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team Reliable transportation to project sites in the West Palm Beach area High school diploma or GED preferred Must be able to work weekdays, and occasional nights/weekends as needed Must have sheet metal duct tools

Schedule:
