Wagner's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is looking for experienced HVAC/R Service Technicians who take pride in their work, communicate professionally, and are proficient in diagnosing HVAC and Refrigeration Systems We are a family-owned company that values quality workmanship, teamwork, accountability, and work/life balance. What You'll Be Doing:

Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems Troubleshoot refrigeration equipment including walk-ins, reach-ins and ice machines Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Communicate clearly with customers and management Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Maintain clean and organized company vehicle and job sites

What We're Looking For:

Experienced with HVAC and/or Refrigeration (5 yrs minimum) EPA Certification required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Professional attitude and reliable work ethic Ability to work independently and manage service calls Experience with refrigeration is a major plus Owns the tools for the job
