You'll oversee and coordinate a crew of HVAC techs and subcontractors responsible for mechanical and electrical upgrades on roofing projects. You'll ensure each project is executed to Spectrum AC standards , meets submitted engineering requirements, and stays on schedule. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused - expect to be in the field daily, managing and assisting in installations.

Compensation:

Starting at $27 an hour or more, based on knowledge and experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or on-call work, depending on project needs

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew performing up to 8 rooftop condenser installations per day. Oversee installation of condenser stands, copper piping, whips, disconnects, and full condenser reinstallation. Ensure all work complies with Spectrum AC quality standards and project engineering specs. Maintain communication with project managers and other stakeholders. Ensure safe, clean, and efficient work practices at all times.

Job Requirements:

Valid license Strong organizational skills Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficient in soldering, installing disconnects, diagnosing, and starting up HVAC units Basic electrical knowledge required Ready to lead and grow with a company that values craftsmanship, commitment, and career development?
