Job Summary Campana's Comfort Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our installation team. This position works alongside our lead installers on residential and light commercial HVAC projects, including equipment change-outs, new-construction installations, ductwork, and mini-split systems . The ideal candidate has previous HVAC installation or construction experience, is comfortable using tools, understands basic installation practices, and can work efficiently without needing constant direction. Responsibilities Assist lead installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations Install and assist with ductwork, flex duct, boots, plenums, line sets, drains, low-voltage wiring, and HVAC accessories Assist with setting condensers and installing/hanging air handlers and furnaces Perform basic measuring, cutting, fastening, sealing, and insulation work Safely and confidently use common hand and power tools , including drills, impact drivers, snips, saws, and related HVAC tools Load, unload, organize, and properly handle equipment and materials Assist with equipment change-outs, new-construction rough-ins, equipment sets, and start-ups Maintain clean and organized job sites, tools, and company vehicles Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and lead installer direction Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and other team members Identify when materials, tools, or additional assistance are needed and communicate with the lead installer Perform other installation-related duties as assigned Requirements Previous HVAC installation experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of basic HVAC installation practices and terminology Experience working with ductwork, flex duct, line sets, drains, and HVAC equipment Comfortable using hand and power tools with minimal instruction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, new-construction environments, and outdoors in Florida heat Able to follow measurements, directions, and installation plans Dependable, punctual, and able to report to work consistently Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to maintain a professional attitude around customers, builders, and coworkers EPA certification is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience and understands the basics of HVAC installation . You do not need to be a lead installer, but you should be able to step onto a job site, understand what is being asked of you, use tools safely, and contribute to getting the installation completed correctly and efficiently. Pay:
