Soligo Air is expanding quickly across Southwest Florida, and we're hiring a full-time HVAC Technician to join our Naples team. This position focuses on residential HVAC work, including installs, replacements, ductwork, and service calls. We're looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a fast-moving, high-energy company. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Training rate is $20/hr.

Duties Perform HVAC installations and replacements for residential properties Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems Respond to service calls throughout Naples with professionalism and accuracy Install, repair, and modify ductwork Maintain clean and accurate job records and documentation Communicate clearly with customers and the Soligo Air team Follow company safety standards and maintain a valid driver's license Experience Minimum of five years of HVAC field experience (installs, service calls, replacements, ductwork) Some sales experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in attics, outdoors, and tight spaces Reliable, professional, and able to lift 50+ lbs Must hold a valid driver's license

Pay:

$25.00 - $34.00 per hour
