Overview Ramnes Air Conditioning Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC/Air Conditioning Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing residential and light commercial air conditioning systems.

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and service calls. Install and replace air conditioning equipment and components. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues. Communicate professionally with customers and property management staff. Complete service reports and maintain accurate records. Follow all company safety procedures and applicable codes. Skills Strong construction background with experience in mechanical installation and property maintenance. Proven service technician experience with HVAC systems or refrigeration units. Ability to read schematics and interpret HVAC design plans accurately. Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC installations and repairs. Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components. Field service expertise including appliance repair, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks. Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and HVAC/R industry standards. Experience with welding techniques necessary for system fabrication or repair work. Mechanical knowledge of boilers and other heating equipment essential for comprehensive system servicing. Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician preferred. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs. EPA Certification preferred. Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift HVAC equipment when necessary. Reliable and responsible.
