Job Description

Overview we Perform system troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/R equipment using hand tools, electrical diagnostics, ohmmeters, and other specialized equipment Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, electrical wiring diagrams, and plumbing layouts to ensure precise installation Diagnose electrical system issues and perform electrical diagnostics to identify faults in HVAC controls or building automation systems Ensure all work complies with safety standards including EPA regulations for refrigerants and local building codes Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functions and maintenance needs clearly to clientsExperience Proven construction experience with a focus on HVAC system installation and repair in commercial settings Service technician background with hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC/R systems and mechanical components Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and building automation controls Knowledge of HVAC system maintenance routines including refrigerant handling, boiler operation, appliance repair, air conditioning servicing, and equipment troubleshooting Mechanical knowledge related to mechanical systems repair across various building environments Experience using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, pipe cutters and other diagnostic tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearlyJoin us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality mechanical solutions that keep buildings running smoothly!
