What You'll Do:

Install new HVAC systems (residential & commercial) Perform routine system inspections, preventative maintenance, and tune-ups Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues (electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant) Replace worn or defective parts and perform system upgrades Use diagnostic tools (ohmmeters, multimeters, gauges, etc.) Test system performance for proper operation and efficiency Follow all OSHA safety standards and company protocols

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on HVAC service experience - One year of HVAC school does not apply. Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, operations, and repair Ability to read schematics and technical manuals EPA Certification and Service Technician certification preferred Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude Must have your own basic hand tools and appropriate workwear Willingness to support/mentor other technicians Clean driving record (Company truck provided)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Day Shift) On-call rotation, occasional weekends & overtime Overtime & commission opportunities available
