We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team, specializing in new construction projects . This position involves full installation work ( rough-in phase). Trim phase can also be required for residential properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently to meet project deadlines. We are looking for someone who either has their own crew or can bring a helper to assist with installations.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems in new construction projects (rough-in/trim) Read and interpret blueprints and plans Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards Work collaboratively with other trades on-site Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer (new construction preferred) Ability to complete both rough and trim installations Must have a helper or own crew Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:

This position is paid on a production basis . Pay rates typically range from $0.35 to $0.45 , depending on the house model and project specifications. Earnings may vary based on productivity, efficiency, and scope of work.
