Responsibilities:

Good customer service skills (speaking with customers, explaining diagnosis and getting authorization for any further work needed, accepting payment) Run service calls (diagnose, troubleshoot, repair) Share on call responsibilties Duct work Communicate with the office and work as a team. Carry out preventative maintenance; respond to emergencies; provide additional information on service options. Installation/Replacement of systems Maintain written notes on all maintenance and service calls.
