Multiple Shifts Built for Real Life We're proud to offer multiple, set schedules designed to support work-life balance, eliminate traditional on-call rotations, and drastically reduce overtime in our service department. This structure allows our technicians to plan their lives, spend time with family, and still grow their careers.

Available Shifts:

Shift 1: 8:00am

5:00pm | Monday-Friday Shift 2: 11:00am
8:00pm | Monday-Friday Shift 3: 9:00am
8:00pm | Sunday-Wednesday Shift 4: 9:00am
8:00pm | Wednesday-Saturday What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills A professional, customer-first mindset Sales awareness
able to identify opportunities and recommend the right solutions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What You'll Be Doing Servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems Diagnosing issues and providing cost-effective solutions Educating customers on system performance and upgrade options Communicating clearly and honestly with customers Working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team Why Join Hopkins Air Conditioning?
