We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a key position for an experienced technician who can diagnose HVAC problems, perform quality repairs and maintenance, communicate professionally with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in the Florida heat. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, airflow, and control issues etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Accurately identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and performance checks
• Handle refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging properly
• Communicate repair recommendations and options clearly to homeowners
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
• Complete service calls, invoices, estimates, and job documentation accurately in our software system (Service Titan is a plus)
• Complete New System Estimates with proper information such as pictures, space restrictions, wire size the whole 9 yards for our Sales team to properly give a proposal to a prospective buyer
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
• Help train and mentor junior service technicians
• Assist management with difficult troubleshooting and field service issues
• Follow all applicable safety requirements
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Work well with others, team player Qualifications
• 3+ years of HVAC service & maintenance experience preferred
• Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA certification required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant systems, controls, and airflow
• Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
• Able to work well with others
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, and Florida heat
