HVAC Parts Changer/ Service Technician Job Summary:

All American Air Conditioning is seeking experienced HVAC Parts Changer/Service Technicians to join our established team. The role involves maintaining and replacing HVAC parts, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. This position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime and bonuses, providing a stable and rewarding career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of HVAC system components to ensure proper operation. Inspect systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or part replacements. Assist in troubleshooting HVAC equipment to diagnose operational problems. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Keep tools and work areas organized and well-maintained. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems; diagnosing skills are not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Self-motivated with good communication skills. Own HVAC tools preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures related to HVAC work.
