Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on heating and air conditioning equipment. Install HVAC equipment and related components as needed. Identify system issues and provide customers with clear repair recommendations. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Complete work orders accurately and efficiently. Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely and responsibly. Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices. Participate in the company's rotating after-hours on-call schedule (mandatory). Qualifications Previous HVAC service experience is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
