Job Description

Experienced Landscape Technician South Florida Landscape Pros is seeking experienced landscape professionals who take pride in their work and have exceptional attention to detail. We are not looking for someone who simply cuts grass we're looking for craftsmen who understand what a clean, high-end landscape should look like. Our projects include commercial properties, luxury residential landscapes, landscape installations, irrigation, drainage, and hardscape work throughout South Florida. What You'll Do Perform detailed landscape maintenance to the highest standards. Prune and shape shrubs, hedges, and trees with precision. Install plants, mulch, rock, sod, and landscape materials. Diagnose and repair irrigation systems. Maintain clean, crisp landscape beds and edges. Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with landscape installations, drainage, and hardscape projects. Inspect your work before leaving each property to ensure every detail meets company standards. Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
What We're Looking For Required:
Minimum 3 years of professional landscaping experience. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work. Experience with landscape maintenance, plant installation, pruning, and irrigation. Ability to identify plants, shrubs, and trees common to South Florida. Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, skid steers, or mini excavators. Valid driver's license (required). Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work outdoors in Florida's heat and lift 50+ pounds. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. The Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Notices the small details others overlook.
