5+ Years HVAC Experience We are looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Sales & Service Technician to join our growing team. We want someone who takes pride in their work, cares about customers, and is committed to doing every call the right way. This position is for a technician who can diagnose, repair, service, and sell HVAC solutions while consistently following our proven call-by-call process. What You'll Do Follow the company's step-by-step process on every service call , from arrival through completion. Follow the call flow consistently without skipping important steps. Perform a complete and accurate HVAC diagnostic. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to the homeowner. Present repair, maintenance, and replacement options professionally. Generate sales through honest recommendations and excellent customer service. Complete required inspections, documentation, photos, and paperwork on every call. Ask the right questions and listen carefully to the customer's needs. Maintain strong communication with dispatch and management. Complete calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and company vehicle. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience. Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable performing both service and sales. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability and willingness to follow a defined process on every call. Consistent, organized, and detail-oriented. Coachable and willing to learn and improve. Self-motivated and accountable. Comfortable presenting options and discussing pricing with homeowners. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. EPA certification required.
