Schedule:

40 hours per week Benefits available DC Enclosures is seeking an experienced, dependable HVAC technician to install and service heating and cooling systems for residential sunrooms, patio enclosures and related projects. Responsibilities

• Install mini-split and other residential HVAC systems.
• Complete equipment start-up, testing and final system checks.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
• Confirm equipment sizing and installation requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC work with project managers, electricians and installation crews.
• Follow approved plans, manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes.
• Assist with mechanical-permit and inspection requirements.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and photographs.
• Communicate material, scheduling or site-condition concerns promptly.
• Keep company vehicles, tools and work areas organized and professional. Requirements
• Active Georgia Conditioned Air license required; Class I Restricted is acceptable.
• Relevant residential HVAC installation and service experience.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scheduling, photographs and job documentation.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
• Experience with mini-split systems strongly preferred.
