Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, duct work, thermostats, and ventilation.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Layout and connect piping and electrical wiring between equipment and power sources.
• Test systems for proper operation and identify and correct any potential issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Ensure all work is completed to codes and company standards.
• Preform start-ups and troubleshooting of new systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used within the software provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC certification or completion of HVAC training program preferred but not required.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
• Ability to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and in a variety of weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
• Strong reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
