years experience preferred. CPO Certification required. 3 years experience with apartment maintenance. Ability to complete or assist in completing turns and punches for new occupancy. Ability to respond to work orders and resident requests in a professional and timely manner. Experience with general maintenance (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.). Salary for an Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified Required) will be based on experience plus performance bonuses are available. The Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC Certified Required) will be required to pass a drug and background screening.
