Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical and electrical HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and system reliability. Responsibilities Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, and refrigeration equipment. In accordance with schematics and design specifications. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues using hand tools, ohmmeters, and diagnostic software. Conduct electrical diagnostics on HVAC/R systems to identify faults and implement effective repairs swiftly. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to facilitate accurate installation and repair procedures. Maintain detailed service records, work logs, and reports for all maintenance activities performed. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during field service visits. Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician with a strong background in mechanical systems repair and installation. Knowledge of HVAC design principles, schematics, building automation systems, electrical systems, and refrigeration technology. Hands-on experience with HVAC system troubleshooting, equipment repair, maintenance practices, and system installation. Mechanical knowledge of refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and property maintenance is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
