Facility HVAC/refrigeration Technician Details:

Direct Hire position $37.20 /annually Full Time work available Weekend work required Third Shift (07:00pm to 07:30am) Maintain and troubleshoot plant utility systems including compressed air, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, ammonia and refrigeration, boilers, waste treatment, and electrical systems Lead root cause problem solving and drive continuous improvement using Conagra Performance System tools and Kaizen activities Sustain 5S standards while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Execute preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and support capital and plant improvement projects

Facility HVAC/refrigeration Technician Qualifications:

Associate's degree (preferred, not req'd) in mechanical technology or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience supporting industrial utility systems including boiler, ammonia and refrigeration, compressed air, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe manufacturing operations Experience with mechanical systems including pneumatics, motors, drives, gearboxes, and power transmission Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
