Job Description Job Description We are hiring entry-level through Journeyman HVAC Technicians to join our team. This is a high-demand opportunity with steady hours and strong earning potential. Compensation $25.00 to $50.00 per hour Weekly earnings up to $4,475 10 to 12-hour workdays with consistent scheduling Qualifications 1 to 3 years of HVAC experience (entry-level to journeyman) Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and components Ability to read gauges, follow specs, and troubleshoot issues EPA certification preferred but not required Reliable, safety-focused, and able to handle physical work Responsibilities Install HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, and ductwork Diagnose system issues and identify effective repair solutions Perform routine maintenance and service to ensure system performance Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components Test systems for proper operation, airflow, and efficiency Repair or replace faulty parts including compressors, motors, and thermostats \nCompany Description At Subcool Mechanical Inc, our mission is to be a trusted partner to our clients, providing exceptional value and expertise in mechanical solutions for the modular building industry.
