Full-time We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Installer. Position Starts At $30.00 - $40.00 / Hr

DOE JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:

A Valid Driver's License is required along with a Clean Driving Record. Applicant must be able to pass a Background Check. An Idaho HVAC license is A Plus but not required for the position.

Customer Service:

As an Experienced HVAC Installer you will work directly with homeowners and building owners, maintenance workers and more. Being friendly and approachable and a good communicator is a needed skill. Attention to

Detail:

As an Experienced HVAC Installer many systems can be precise mechanisms. Careful observation is needed.

Dexterity:

Experienced HVAC Installer will need good manual dexterity to manipulate small parts and reach into small spaces.

Mechanical Skills:

Experienced HVAC Installer will work with complicated machines. Understanding the pieces and tools needed to maintain and install these machines is crucial.

Strength:

Experienced HVAC Installer will need strength to lift heavy parts and equipment.

Time-Management:

Experienced HVAC Installer will make a lot of house calls. Being able to schedule jobs and keep timely appointments is important to getting repeat work.

Troubleshooting:

There are many parts within HVAC systems. As an Experienced HVAC Installer being able to ascertain the root cause of a problem and test solutions is important.

Tool Requirements:

An Experienced HVAC Installer will need to have their own basic hand tools ( Tool assistance program available ! ) We will help you get the tools you need !
