Residential HVAC Service Technician Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning Twin Falls, Idaho Employment Type:
Full-Time Pay:
$21.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience and certifications
Schedule:

You will use your technical knowledge to identify system issues, recommend effective solutions, and complete repairs safely and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling equipment Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal inspections, and system tune-ups Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini split systems, and indoor air quality products Evaluate refrigeration systems, electrical controls, gas heating components, airflow performance, and low-voltage circuits Explain repair recommendations and available solutions clearly to homeowners Complete work according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards Maintain accurate digital work orders and service documentation Follow all company safety procedures and applicable codes Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily service Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and assist teammates during periods of increased demand Qualifications Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred EPA Certification required NATE Certification is preferred but not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini split systems, and related residential equipment Understanding of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, airflow diagnostics, gas heating equipment, and low-voltage controls Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and manufacturer instructions Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Compensation and Benefits $21.00 to $45.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and qualifications Performance bonus opportunities Health insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching contributions up to 4 percent Tool assistance program Paid training and continuing education Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Stable, full-time employment with a respected local company Apply Today If you are an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician looking for a company that values integrity, technical excellence, and exceptional customer service, Terry's Heating and Air Conditioning would like to meet you.
