We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician/Installer who can work independently and begin performing service calls right away. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus commission. What We Offer Health insurance 100% company-paid dental insurance 100% company-paid vision insurance Simple IRA retirement plan with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays Company-provided service vehicle Company phone Tool account Ongoing training Year-round work Work-life balance Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential HVAC and IAQ equipment Service and install PTAC equipment Provide customers with professional recommendations and estimates Maintain truck stock, tools, vehicle, uniforms, and company property Complete work orders and paperwork electronically Follow all safety policies and procedures Assist with other duties as needed Qualifications Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC field experience Trade school or classroom training does not count toward the required experience Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Experience with HVAC service and installation Ability to work independently and as part of a team EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment and tools Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing PTAC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train an experienced HVAC technician.
