Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position supports residential properties by completing service requests, preparing vacant units, and handling repairs across multiple building systems. Candidates must have their own tools, a valid driver's license, and at least one to two years of professional property or building maintenance experience. HVAC knowledge, EPA certification, and plumbing experience are major plusses!
