This position supports residential properties by completing service requests, preparing vacant units, and handling repairs across multiple building systems. Candidates must have their own tools, a valid driver's license, and at least one to two years of professional property or building maintenance experience. HVAC knowledge, EPA certification, and plumbing experience are major plusses!
