Full-Time About the Role We're looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, and installing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You'll play a key role in ensuring comfort, safety, and system efficiency for our customers. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance work on HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation). Install new HVAC equipment and components following manufacturer specifications. Conduct system inspections and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. Communicate clearly with customers about services performed and system recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Adhere to all safety standards and company policies. Qualifications EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required. 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and installation required. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting methods. Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
