Experienced HVAC Service Technician Family Man Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Applicants must have at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC field experience . Candidates with less than 3 years of professional field experience will not be considered for this position. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and air-conditioning systems Perform HVAC service calls and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, thermostats, electrical components, motors, and related equipment Clearly explain system issues and recommended repair options to customers Complete accurate service notes, invoices, and equipment documentation Take required before-and-after photos of equipment and completed repairs Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements Provide professional, respectful, and honest customer service Assist with HVAC equipment installations when needed Required Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of HVAC field experience is required Applicants with less than 3 years of field experience will not be considered Valid EPA certification is required Valid driver's license Ability to independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment Working knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and combustion systems Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to lift equipment, climb ladders, and work in attics and crawlspaces Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently

Pay:

Up to $38.00 per hour
