We are looking for a lead HVAC installer that is capable of installing hot water boilers, furnaces and air conditioners on their own or with the assistant of an apprentice. Responsibilities Lead residential and light-commercial HVAC installation projects Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipment Read and interpret equipment specifications, plans, and installation requirements Properly size and install ductwork, refrigerant lines, condensate drains, gas piping, and electrical connections Perform equipment startup, testing, and system commissioning Diagnose and correct installation-related problems Lead and train HVAC installers/helpers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and office staff Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and applicable codes Complete required job documentation and installation checklists Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
