We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be leading residential and light commercial HVAC installations. When installation work slows, you'll assist with service, maintenance, and repair work. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and takes pride in doing quality work. Responsibilities Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, coils, and complete HVAC systems Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment as needed Perform preventive maintenance and service calls Read wiring diagrams, installation manuals, and blueprints Communicate professionally with customers Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Required 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, including installation and service Ability to independently complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills EPA Section 608 Certification Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor weather conditions Preferred Light commercial HVAC experience Sheet metal fabrication experience Heat pump and dual-fuel experience NATE Certification Experience with Goodman equipment What Success Looks Like You'll be a great fit if you: Show up on time and ready to work.
