Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various HVAC equipment and systems. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems using schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation. Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions for HVAC-related issues. Collaborate with construction teams on new installations and renovations involving HVAC design. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs and solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs. Adhere to safety protocols while working on job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on service technician experience. Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and appliance repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC design. Experience in property maintenance or construction is desirable. Proficient in welding techniques applicable to HVAC repairs. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
