Lead HVAC Installer We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer who wants more than basic furnace and AC change-outs. Our company handles a wide range of HVAC work, including residential heating and cooling, boilers, tankless water heaters, hydronic systems, rooftop units, and larger equipment replacements. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of installations and takes pride in doing the job correctly. This is a great position for an installer who enjoys variety, wants steady year-round work, and is confident working on different types of equipment. What You'll Be Installing You should have solid hands-on experience installing: Gas furnaces Central air conditioning systems Heat pumps Boilers and hydronic heating systems Tankless water heaters Rooftop HVAC units (RTUs) Refrigerant piping and line sets Sheet metal and ductwork Gas piping PVC and metal venting Condensate piping Low-voltage controls Equipment electrical connections What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can walk onto a job and understand how the installation needs to come together. The right installer will be able to: Lead installations from start to finish Work independently without constant supervision Read and understand equipment installation manuals Properly pipe and install boilers and hydronic equipment Install and commission tankless water heaters Complete furnace, AC and heat pump installations Handle rooftop unit replacements Perform quality brazing and refrigerant piping Pull proper vacuums and understand micron testing Complete equipment startup and commissioning Understand airflow, static pressure and duct sizing Understand proper venting and combustion-air requirements Diagnose installation issues before they become callbacks Keep jobsites clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Work effectively with helpers and apprentices We want someone who understands why an installation is being done a certain way and takes pride in the finished product. Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
