Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and electrical diagnostics tools; troubleshoot equipment failures efficiently. Repair and service refrigeration units, boilers, air conditioning systems, plumbing connections, and mechanical systems. Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to execute precise installations and repairs. Utilize hand tools and mechanical skills to troubleshoot equipment issues; replace faulty components as needed. Skills Extensive construction experience with HVAC system installation and property maintenance projects. Mechanical knowledge of HVAC/R equipment including refrigeration units, boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
