Key Responsibilities:

Repair HVAC Systems:

Troubleshoot and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring they run efficiently and reliably.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with customers to explain issues, offer solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with services performed.

System Evaluations:

Conduct assessments of HVAC systems and recommend improvements, upgrades, or replacements as needed.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate service records, including reports on services performed, parts used, and any follow-up recommendations.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety guidelines and codes to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• KY HVAC Journeyman License
• EPA Certification
• 2+ years experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
