Perform precise diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical system failures, restoring comfort to residential and commercial spaces. Conduct thorough routine inspections to maximize system efficiency and extend equipment lifespan. Deliver exceptional client communication by clearly explaining technical issues and recommending effective solutions. Maintain rigorous compliance with all safety protocols and industry regulations during every service visit. Manage detailed service documentation to ensure accurate tracking of system history and maintenance schedules. Provide reliable support for emergency service requests to minimize client downtime. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience in HVAC/R service and installation. Current EPA Certification. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Possession of personal hand tools necessary for field service. Strong analytical skills for effective system troubleshooting.
