At Halls Heating and Air, that impact is your everyday work. Your Mission Install end-to-end HVAC solutions: furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and ductwork Troubleshoot and repair problems with speed and precision Perform maintenance and comprehensive inspections to prevent downtime Uphold local, state, and federal compliance and safety standards Educate customers about system issues and recommended fixes Record every visit with accurate service notes and documentation Respond to emergency calls when needed Support commercial refrigeration service and repair What It Takes Demonstrated experience as an HVAC Technician or similar Personal set of tools ready for field use EPA Certification (required) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Diagnostic mindset with strong problem-solving ability Comfort working independently and within a team setting Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in diverse environments Preferred Edge Background with commercial HVAC systems Understanding of electrical systems and controls Growth & Rewards Competitive pay Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle (if applicable) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Work Rhythms Full-time position Overtime and on-call availability may be required Capabilities Snapshot You should be proficient in:
