Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems. Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation Will requires climbing ladders, working in confined space, LOTO, hot work permit Will work in cold rooms Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant Experience operating a Scissor list, boom lift. GMP experience a big plus Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial HVAC Technician:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms. Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation. Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues. Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed. Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
