Onsite Work Schedule:
Ability to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday, 2-3 days on and 2-3 days off. Ability to work rotating schedule. 12-hour work days
  • Must Have Skills:
  • 2+ years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role
  • Previous experience: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
  • Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
  • Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Nice to have skills:
Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus
Notes:
HVAC Technician EPA Certification is not required, however a plus! Free Parking onsite Possibility of extension Role will require:
  • Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit
  • HVACs will work in cold rooms
  • Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant
  • Role will operate: Scissor list, boom lift.
Position Summary:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility. Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
  • Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
  • Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
  • Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
  • Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
  • Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum Education High School Diploma Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable):
