Job Description
Licensed HVAC Technician Palmer, MA $35.00-$55.00 per hour + Benefits Full-Time | Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician to support commercial facilities throughout the Palmer, MA area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled HVAC technician looking for steady commercial work, competitive pay, strong benefits, and the opportunity to work on a variety of HVAC and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC experience, be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and take pride in providing quality service to customers. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues Service boilers, chillers, pumps, fans, rooftop units, and other commercial HVAC equipment Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repairs Complete service calls efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Communicate professionally with customers and facility personnel Follow all company safety procedures and applicable OSHA and EPA regulations Maintain a clean and professional work environment Participate in required safety training Work overtime and occasional weekends as needed Requirements Current Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License required EPA 608 Universal Certification required Commercial HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clean driving record Strong customer service and communication skills BMS/Building Automation experience is a plus Pay & Benefits $35.00-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options Life and disability insurance 401(k) savings plan Employee assistance program Company vehicle Gas card Company cell phone Uniforms provided All required PPE provided Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
